This is designed for athletes and lifters that want to train in-person with us. Clients train at our private facility and receive custom programming and coaching to meet their goals and needs. Our facility is outfitted with velocity-based training, laser timing, and other technology pieces to help maximize performance and measure progress.

In-person training requires a 4-week commitment. We offer 2 or 3 day training options based on monthly commitments.

Do you want a custom training plan that you can perform remotely, but still train with us once a week to get in-person coaching? With this plan, clients get two or more remote workouts and one in-person training session per week. This is great for anyone looking to get quality coaching in person, but need the flexibility to train when they can.

At our facility, we have access to Velocity-Based Training, Laser Timing systems, and more. Our base package provides two remote workouts and one in-person workout with the opportunity for additional remote workouts. Hybrid performance training requires a 4-week commitment.
